Responsibilities
- - Take complete ownership and meticulously manage the entire operational setup process for both individual events and large enterprise accounts, rigorously ensuring seamless and flawless execution from inception to completion.
- - Provide dedicated, responsive, and ongoing support to assigned accounts, proactively anticipating and addressing their diverse needs, promptly resolving any concerns, and ensuring unparalleled customer satisfaction.
- - Assist with comprehensive technical dry-runs, meticulously preparing customers for successful, impactful, and memorable event experiences by identifying and resolving potential challenges beforehand.
- - Maintain regular, clear, and effective communication with customers through a variety of channels, including email, video calls, and other relevant communication platforms, keeping them informed and engaged.
- - Proactively offer friendly, helpful, and top-tier support, demonstrating a commitment to building strong customer relationships based on trust and mutual respect.
- - Collaborate effectively with the support and success team to optimize customer outcomes, enhance overall satisfaction, and drive continuous improvement across the customer journey.
- - Identify and actively pursue opportunities for networking, strategic referrals, and account expansion to maximize Zuddl's reach, market penetration, and brand visibility.
- - Demonstrate in-depth expertise in the Zuddl platform, possessing a comprehensive understanding of its capabilities, functionalities, and how best to leverage them to deliver exceptional value for customer events.

Education Qualification
- - Possess 1-3 years of demonstrable experience in the event industry, showcasing a keen eye for detail, meticulous planning skills, and an unwavering commitment to excellence in event execution.
- - A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Event Management, Marketing, or Communications is considered a significant plus, demonstrating a foundational understanding of event principles and practices.
