Responsibilities
- Create and execute efficient hiring tactics to draw in individuals with blue-collar backgrounds.
- Find prospects by using a variety of platforms, such as social media, job boards, career fairs, and neighborhood associations.
- Interview candidates, review applications and resumes, and assess their qualifications.
- Organize and carry out hiring managers' interviews.
- Oversee the hiring procedure from the first contact to the onboarding phase.
- Keep candidate records in the application tracking system (ATS) up to date and well-organized.
- Cultivate and preserve a solid rapport with hiring managers, candidates, and outside partners.
- Keep abreast with market developments and industry best practices for hiring blue-collar workers.
- Make sure that all employment laws and regulations—federal, state, and local—are followed.
