Job Description
Responsibilities
- In charge of processing trademark data information in order to get it ready for entry into CompuMark's trademark databases, which clients utilise directly, as well as internal staff members producing trademark research reports for clients.
- Apply indexing to the word elements of Trademark records to validate, amend, and enrich them.
- Ensure that Trademark records are full, have the right data format, and are updated on a timely basis to deliver high-quality Trademark records.
- Complete all relevant training programs successfully in order to gain knowledge of all the systems and information needed for the job. These programs may include Introduction to Products, Overview of Customers, Trademark Fundamentals, Introduction to Trademark Indexing, Introduction to Trademark Indexing Applications, such as TIPSi, Atrium, and Other Production Systems, and other specialised database/process training.
Education Qualifications
- a graduate with a bachelor's degree in communications, computer applications, the arts, or a related field.
- A talent with six months to two years of experience in a customer-focused or content-editing workplace, or a novice.
- A minimum of six months' experience working on content operations such as dataset enrichment, updating, curating, indexing, and ingesting is required.
- Possess practical expertise with Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Internet in relation to Microsoft Office products.
Skills
