Responsibilities

• 1. Tracking & Data Management:
• • Accurately maintain and update data sheets (Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel) on a regular basis.
• • Make sure that data is organized and collected from several sources on time, especially when it comes to ongoing analytics projects.
• • Wherever practical, develop automated solutions (such as macros and formulas) to make data entry and management duties more efficient.
• 2. Reporting and Analysis of Data
• • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and send out reports on data insights on a regular basis.
• • Examine patterns and draw useful conclusions from the information gathered.
• • Work together with various teams to use data-driven insights to guarantee alignment with project goals.
• 3. Reports and Presentations
• • Create succinct, lucid presentations for internal teams that highlight findings.
• • Ascertain that data is transformed into readable and aesthetically pleasing forms (charts, tables, infographics).
• • Provide data-driven insights and provide practical next steps in internal discussions.
• 4. Task Distribution & Work Organization
• To meet deadlines, set priorities and efficiently arrange everyday work.
• • Make sure that other teams can obtain updated reports when needed, and keep a clear calendar of deliveries.
• • Track the development of your team members and offer criticism based on data indicators.
• 5. Bonus: Social Media Analytics
• • Monitor and evaluate social media performance indicators, including as reach, engagement, and click-through rates, if appropriate.
• • Offer analysis of the effectiveness of the content and recommendations for improvements.
• 6. Education & Training
• • Remain current with the newest features, tools, and methods in social media analytics and data management.
• • Actively look for chances to enhance the skill sets necessary for the position.
