We are seeking a motivated recent graduate who is prepared to launch their procurement career. In addition to being a vital member of our procurement operations team, this role will provide the chance to work on unique initiatives that will broaden their understanding of strategic sourcing.
This is a hybrid post that is based in Bangalore and requires minimum three days a week of in-office involvement (no exemptions). The worker will answer to the Procurement Operations Supervisor in the Pacific US and assist international stakeholders. It is required to overlap a few US working hours two or three times a week in order to maximise collaboration with the larger team.

Education Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree (non-technical) or equivalent experience in procurement or business operations functions

  • Provide assistance to the Guidewire procurement team and business partners with their customer service needs in relation to sourcing, requisitioning, contracting, ordering, category supplier management, and reporting.
    In the software asset management system, update contract data and verify the quality of the data by reviewing and validating contract entries, linkages, and data integrity.
    Address business demands for PO adjustments and supplier maintenance requests, for example, and respond to and carry out buy transaction requests and enquiries.
    Along with suppliers and stakeholders, carry out the supplier onboarding procedure and other supplier management tasks, such as verifying supplier risk and supporting supplier business evaluations.
    Upload documents to keep the procurement contract repository up to date.
    Process contract signatures and archives using processing systems.
    Maintaining a transaction knowledge history with linkages to paperwork by collaborating with sourcing specialists
