Panacorp Software Solution is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Representative to join our growing team. This role is crucial in expanding our customer base and driving sales growth. You will be the primary point of contact for potential and existing clients, developing and nurturing relationships to achieve sales targets. This position requires strong communication, problem-solving, and sales skills.

Responsibilities
- **Sales & Customer Relationship Management:** Act as the primary point of contact for potential and existing customers, proactively promoting and selling Panacorp's products and services via phone and other communication channels. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by addressing needs, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Actively listen to customer feedback and utilize it to improve products and services. This includes consistently exceeding sales targets and providing exceptional customer service, leading to increased customer loyalty and repeat business.
- **Lead Generation & Conversion:** Proactively identify and qualify potential sales leads through various methods including outbound cold calling, inbound lead response, and market research. Effectively convert leads into paying customers by presenting tailored solutions to meet their specific needs. Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, track progress, and analyze sales performance.
- **Product & Sales Knowledge:** Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Panacorp's product portfolio, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns. Clearly articulate product features, benefits, and value propositions to potential customers. Effectively address customer objections and concerns, demonstrating strong product expertise.
- **Communication & Reporting:** Proficiently manage both inbound and outbound calls, documenting all interactions in detail within the CRM system. Prepare regular sales reports, detailing call volumes, conversion rates, and overall sales performance. Adhere to pre-defined sales scripts while maintaining a personalized and professional communication style. Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services.
- **Collaboration & Compliance:** Work collaboratively with other internal teams, such as marketing and support, to provide comprehensive solutions to customer issues and maximize sales opportunities. Ensure compliance with all company policies, legal regulations, and ethical guidelines.
Education Qualification
- Candidates should possess strong sales experience (demonstrable success preferred), excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proven ability to manage multiple priorities, and a results-driven approach. Proficiency in CRM software is highly desirable. Experience in the software industry is a plus but not mandatory for the right candidate who demonstrates potential and a strong work ethic.
