The EasyShip Business Intelligence (BI) team seeks a highly analytical professional with a passion for data-driven insights. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute significantly to a strategic initiative aimed at expanding the adoption of Amazon Seller Services among small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) and large enterprises within the Indian market.
In this dynamic environment, you will be responsible for meticulously monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure seller success. This includes identifying areas needing improvement, pinpointing business challenges, and collaborating closely with product and business teams to develop and implement solutions that empower sellers to thrive and optimize their performance on the Amazon platform. The ideal candidate possesses a strong analytical mindset, a demonstrable ability to extract actionable insights from data, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The successful candidate will be comfortable working independently, innovating solutions, and rapidly becoming a subject matter expert on business performance across diverse seller segments and market demographics. Strong communication skills are crucial; the ability to clearly and concisely present complex findings to various stakeholders is essential. Proficiency with Excel and other data analysis tools, along with extensive experience analyzing data, identifying trends, drawing insightful conclusions, and presenting findings in a clear and accessible manner are also key requirements.

Responsibilities
- * Thoroughly understand Amazon Seller Services products and services. Track and report on business performance, identifying and documenting areas for improvement using relevant metrics.
- * Leverage Amazon's internal tools and resources to effectively solve problems and validate proposed solutions.
- * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and establish goals centered around key operational metrics.
- * Proactively recommend strategic business actions based on data-driven analytical findings. This includes designing and implementing new metrics, developing innovative analytical techniques, and crafting strategies designed to enhance seller performance and overall platform success.
Education Qualification
- * Minimum 1+ years of experience in data analytics or automation.
- * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, computer science, business analytics).
Skills
- * 1+ years of experience in data analytics or automation.
- * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- * Demonstrated knowledge of data pipelining and extraction techniques utilizing SQL.
- * Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel (moderate to advanced level).
- * Proven experience in data analytics or automation projects.
- * Strong command of SQL, Python, or R programming languages. Experience with scripting languages is a plus.
- * Expertise in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as table joins and aggregate analytical functions.
