Responsibilities
- Analyze and resolve customer issues and inquiries related to system, module, or function inoperability or inaccessibility. Employ efficient problem-solving techniques to ensure timely resolution, exceeding customer expectations.
- Maintain meticulous records of customer-reported problems, adhering to established ticketing procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with internal resources and second-level support teams to facilitate prompt ticket resolution.
- Guarantee timely follow-up and resolution of customer requests, aligning with defined severity levels and expected completion dates.
- Maintain consistent communication with internal departments (Sales, Marketing, Product Support) to optimize customer satisfaction.
- Proactively identify and assess training requirements for both individuals and the department, ensuring continuous professional development in products, services, enhancements, and upgrades.
- Contribute to the achievement of individual and departmental objectives.
- Perform essential administrative tasks, including time reporting, email management, and utilizing specified internal systems (e.g., vmx).
Education Qualification
- High school diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor’s degree in communications or business administration is preferred.
- Prior experience is not mandatory.
- Proficiency in using PCs within a Windows operating environment, coupled with strong typing skills, is desirable.
- Competence in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is preferred.
- Prior customer service experience is advantageous.
- Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish, Portuguese, Mandarin, or other languages) is a plus.
Skills
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are essential.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision, including the capacity to handle shifts outside of standard business hours (evenings, weekends, and holidays).
- Proven ability to anticipate customer needs and proactively offer solutions to address those needs.
- Adaptability and proficiency in working within a multi-shift environment operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
