Responsibilities
- * Develop and implement comprehensive training plans tailored to the specific needs of various teams across the organization, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- * Design and develop engaging and effective in-house training programs, including the creation of detailed curricula, learning materials, and assessment tools. This includes leveraging a variety of learning methodologies to maximize impact and knowledge retention.
- * Provide employees with clear and timely information regarding upcoming training sessions, program details, and relevant learning resources. This involves effective communication via multiple channels, such as email, intranet, and learning management systems.
- * Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of training curricula, materials, and employee training records, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
- * Deliver training materials in a clear, concise, engaging, and professional manner, utilizing effective presentation skills to cater to different learning styles.
- * Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using a variety of methods, including feedback surveys, assessments, and performance evaluations. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary revisions to the training programs to enhance learning outcomes.
Education Qualification
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience as a Training Facilitator, Content Developer, Trainer, or a similar role, demonstrating a successful track record of designing and delivering effective training programs.
Skills
- * Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience as a Training Facilitator, Content developer, Trainer, or a similar role, with demonstrable success in curriculum development and training delivery.
- * Proven hands-on experience in coordinating and managing multiple training events simultaneously within a corporate environment, including logistics, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- * A strong understanding and practical application of both traditional and modern training methods and techniques, including adult learning principles, blended learning methodologies, and instructional design models.
- * Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to adapt communication style to different audiences and settings. Experience presenting to diverse groups of employees at all levels within an organization.
- * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, ensuring clear and concise delivery of information in both formal and informal settings. Ability to communicate complex concepts effectively and build rapport with trainees.
- * Ability to write training materials that are precise, clear, concise, and engaging, ensuring clarity and understanding for all learners.
- * Familiarity with various Learning Management Systems (LMS) and their effective utilization in the delivery and tracking of training programs.
- * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for creating and managing training materials and data.
