Flexibility and willingness to work in a 24*7 rotational shift environment, supporting customers across different time zones, and ability to work consistently from the designated office location.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, enabling you to understand complex issues, diagnose root causes, and implement effective solutions to fully resolve customer problems.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly and strategically to independently own and resolve customer issues in a thorough and efficient manner, ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
A proactive approach with a commitment to anticipating customer needs and exceeding expectations, coupled with a genuine respect for customers' time and a dedication to providing timely and valuable assistance.
