Responsibilities

Education Qualification

  • * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • * Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • * Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • * Proficiency in customer support software and various chat platforms.
  • * Prior experience in a customer service role is highly desirable.
  • * Experience with SharePoint is a significant advantage.

Skills

  • **Customer Calls:** Managing incoming calls, addressing customer queries efficiently and accurately through our Customer Support Centre, providing timely and precise information.
  • **Chat Functionality:** Utilizing our chat system to interact effectively with customers; resolving issues and offering support through live chat interactions.
  • **Support Operations Queue:** Managing and processing cases from the Support Operations Queue; resolving service requests which encompass customer inquiries about self-service access and functionality, application password resets, customer account and contact data management, and enabling customer product downloads. Ensuring timely resolution of all cases.
  • **Ad-hoc Projects and Tasks:** Participating in various ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned; collaborating with team members to enhance customer service processes and systems.
