Job Description
Digit has openings for pre-inspector positions.
Responsibilities
- Examine the vehicle's damages using the images to assist the system in determining whether to accept or deny the pre-inspection request.
- Show proficiency with a variety of internal systems.
- Work together with other teams to fulfill the incoming requests. [For example: Underwriter consent]
- To find evidence of any fraud committed during the pre-inspection
- upkeep of TAT in accordance with SLA and collaboration with partners to address their concerns
- updating information on the product, process flows, best practices, and UW standards on a regular basis
- To draw attention to problems encountered when processing pre-inspection cases in real time
Education Qualifications
- Freshmen in Automotive/Mechanical Diploma, BE, and B. Tech
Skills
- Communication skills: the capacity to pay attention, comprehend, and convey understanding to the group
- Outstanding ability to solve problems
- Capacity to persuade and bargain in order to support a team in achieving objectives
- When circumstances call for it, one should be adaptable, encouraging, and a good team player.
