Responsibilities

  • 1. Responding to incoming support tickets and satisfactorily resolving user enquiries
  • 2. Taking care of incoming support chats and satisfactorily responding to users' questions
  • 3. Notifying the Product team of any problems or issues that users have pointed up
  • 4. Adhering to established SLAs for customer service
  • 4. Adhering to Customer Support's specified SLAs
  • 1. Mean Initial Reaction time for assistance requests
  • 2. Average time spent resolving
  • 3. User ratings
  • 4. A high score for customer satisfaction

Education Qualifications

  • 5. A high score for NPS

Skills

  • Applicants may be anyone with preferred skills.
  • Effective communication abilities
  • Proficiency with Excel and support tools such as Freshdesk is desirable.
  • Having familiarity with Excel and support systems such as Freshdesk is beneficial.
  • Excel proficiency is a plus, as are familiarity with support programs like Freshdesk.
