Responsibilities

• Contribute to the definition and articulation of a long-term AI product strategy and roadmap, clearly outlining business metrics and expected outcomes. This includes solving complex business problems by prioritizing and owning the development and implementation of AI products and solutions that directly support business objectives. You will be responsible for prioritizing and managing product backlogs, balancing the needs of various partners and stakeholders. This includes evaluating potential AI product features against evolving requirements and the broader landscape of AI adoption. Your responsibilities will encompass all phases of the product lifecycle, from market research and competitive analysis to planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements finalization, and product development. You will translate the product roadmap into clearly defined requirements and acceptance test criteria. You will also drive end-to-end ML/AI product development, collaborating with engineers and designers to transform Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) into production-ready capabilities. This includes contributing to the ideation and launch of innovative ML/AI products and capabilities, and developing strategies to increase company-wide user adoption. Training responsibilities include the development and delivery of technical training programs in AI, Cloud computing, Hive, and Spark, catering to users of all skill levels. You will also create Proofs of Concept (POCs) for cutting-edge AI/ML products with significant scaling potential.

Education Qualification

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Operations Research, Statistics, or an MBA from a reputable institution.

Skills

• A strong technical foundation in AI/ML is essential, with proven experience using Python, SQL, and proficiency in data analytics and visualization. You must possess strong quantitative, analytical, and structured problem-solving skills. Experience with the Machine Learning Model Development Lifecycle (MDLC) is crucial, including feature selection and engineering, various ML model algorithm families, optimization considerations, deployment, and addressing serving challenges. Knowledge of Big Data platforms (Hadoop, Spark) and Cloud platforms (e.g., GCP) is required. You should be proficient in designing and building big data tools and frameworks. Demonstrated creativity, self-sufficiency, excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills, and experience working in global teams are vital. A solid understanding of various ML model deployment systems and processes, coupled with a basic understanding of relevant regulatory and governance policies, is necessary. The ability to prioritize effectively, communicate clearly and persuasively, and drive high levels of focus and excellence within a team of engineers, UX designers, and QA professionals is crucial. Experience with notebook-based IDEs (Jupyter, Airflow) for AI/ML tasks is required, along with familiarity with product management tools such as Rally, Jira, and Confluence. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
