L&T Realty is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual for a Learning & Development Internship. This internship provides a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience in a dynamic corporate environment and contribute directly to the success of L&T Realty's employee training and development programs.

Responsibilities

  • **Induction Program Coordination:** This involves managing the logistical aspects of various induction programs, including the Aagman program (for new employees), senior management inductions, online Aagman sessions, and function/location-specific onboarding programs. This will require meticulous planning, coordination with multiple stakeholders, and attention to detail.
  • **Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) & Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) Initiatives:** You will assist the supervisor in implementing and supporting DEI and POSH initiatives within the company, contributing to a more inclusive and respectful workplace.
  • **Creative Presentation Support:** Contribute to the development of engaging and informative training presentations by assisting with design, content creation, and preparation.
  • **Assessment Administration:** Administer pre- and post-training assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs. This includes ensuring accurate record-keeping and data management.
  • **Performance Management System (PMS) Coordination:** Assist in coordinating with employees to ensure timely and accurate completion of performance management system processes.
  • **Data Management & Reporting:** Maintain accurate data through the update and maintenance of the Management Information System (MIS). This will require proficiency in data entry and reporting.
  • **Digital Learning Initiatives:** Provide support for the company's digital learning platforms, including the uploading and management of online training materials and content.
  • **Online Training Session Management:** Record and update details of all online training sessions, maintaining accurate records for tracking and reporting.
  • **Research & Benchmarking Support:** Assist the supervisor in conducting research and benchmarking activities to identify best practices in learning and development.
  • **IT Coordination:** Work with the IT department to ensure smooth functioning of training related technology and address any technical issues related to training feedback and attendance tracking.
  • **Training Program Engagement:** Coordinate engaging icebreakers and activities to enhance the effectiveness and enjoyment of training programs.
  • **Event Documentation:** Collate and organize photos and presentation materials from training events.
  • **Facilitator Coordination:** Coordinate with external and internal training facilitators to ensure smooth program delivery.
  • **Marketing Materials Design:** Design creative materials, such as flyers and brochures, to promote pre- and post-training programs.

Education Qualification

  • This internship is open to all candidates regardless of background or prior experience. A strong work ethic, enthusiasm for learning and development, and a willingness to contribute are essential.

Skills

  • The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and graphic design software would be advantageous, but is not required. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is crucial.
