Responsibilities

• Delivering exceptional customer support that instills confidence and security in Revolut users while they utilize our services.
• Providing outstanding customer service through various channels including in-app live chat, phone calls, and email correspondence.
• Maintaining a consistent and positive representation of Revolut's brand and values online and in all customer interactions.
• Collaborating effectively with international teams to resolve complex customer issues efficiently and comprehensively.

Education Qualification

• Possession of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent academic qualification.

Skills

• Native-level fluency in English (minimum C1 proficiency) is essential.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent academic qualification is required.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for effective interaction with customers.
• Proven ability to articulate complex financial information clearly and concisely in a manner easily understood by individuals with varying levels of financial literacy.
