Responsibilities

  • This Business Development Executive position (Sales Expert L-1) requires a proactive approach to identifying and securing new business opportunities. Responsibilities include: proactively identifying potential clients; establishing and nurturing strong client relationships; presenting tailored solutions to meet client needs; conducting outbound calls using leads generated from various sources, including lead generation campaigns and secondary data; diligently following up on existing and new leads; maintaining consistent high-quality service by adhering to company standards; and demonstrating a high energy level, excellent communication skills, and a strong drive to close sales and increase revenue generation.

Education Qualification

  • Candidates with a 10th, 12th, Diploma, Bachelor's, or Master's degree are encouraged to apply. 0-3 years of experience is preferred.

Skills

  • Candidates should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, numerical and analytical skills, and effective decision-making capabilities. Fluency in English and Hindi is required, along with either Kannada or Telegu.
