Responsibilities
- We are searching for energetic and results-oriented individuals to join our team and drive sales of Tata premium products and services within the B2B market. The primary location for this role is Kudlu Gate, Bangalore. This position requires strong communication skills, including fluent English and proficiency in at least one additional Indian language. Successful candidates will have a minimum of six months of experience within a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environment, showcasing a proven aptitude for client interaction and sales methodologies. Responsibilities include:
- * Conducting sales calls and meetings with potential B2B clients, effectively presenting Tata premium offerings.
- * Presenting and promoting Tata premium products and services to key decision-makers within target organizations, building compelling proposals and addressing client needs.
- * Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and repeat business through exceptional customer service.
- * Consistently achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) as established by management.
- * Providing clients with accurate and detailed information on product features, pricing structures, and service offerings, answering inquiries and handling objections professionally.
- * Collaborating effectively with internal teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience and provide ongoing support.
Education Qualification
- Experience: 0.6 - 5 years in a relevant BPO or sales role.
Skills
- * A demonstrable history of success in B2B sales, exceeding targets and achieving measurable results.
- * A thorough understanding of the Tata premium brand and its market positioning.
- * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with clients at all levels.
- * The ability to work independently, managing your own workload effectively, and also collaborate seamlessly within a team environment.
- * Proficient computer literacy, including the use of relevant sales and CRM software.
- * Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Telugu, Marathi, Gujarati, Punjabi, Bengali, or Odia is highly desirable.
- * Experience: 0.6 - 5 years in a related field.
