Responsibilities

  • help in overseeing a portfolio of clients and projects spread across several places.
  • assistance in establishing and preserving connections with the client account managers, sales team, and product delivery team.
  • Participate in the planning and creation of project execution plans.
  • To guarantee that projects are completed on schedule and within budget, keep an eye on and track them.
  • Make sure the customers receive the promised value and ROI.
  • Observe established procedures to guarantee high-quality documentation and delivery.
  • Help in drafting and completing project documentation (both present and future states), as well as obtaining customer approval.
  • Collaborating with the product team during the configuration and realization phases will aid in overseeing the project's implementation.
  • When necessary, help with the planning and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) at client locations in addition to taking part in System Integration Testing (SIT).
  • Assist clients in the hypercare phase and help the Customer Success Manager (CSM) share knowledge.
  • In conjunction with the operations team, track and resolve post-hypercare consumer concerns and grievances.
  • Participate in the process of client renewal and support the establishment of enduring connections.
