Responsibilities
- Maintain the highest ethical standards and prioritize customer needs in all interactions.
- Address basic PhonePe account and transaction inquiries.
- Demonstrate adaptability in handling both phone and digital communication channels.
- Adhere to established processes to effectively resolve customer issues.

Education Qualification
- Possess 0-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Fluency in South Indian languages (both spoken and written) is highly desirable.

- Exhibit exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrate a strong capacity for learning and adapting to new information.
- Be an attentive listener and effectively handle objections from customers.
- Possess a strong customer-centric approach and the ability to adapt to various situations.
- Be a collaborative team player, flexible, and receptive to constructive feedback.
- Effectively manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and manage time efficiently.
- Be proficient in speaking both English and Hindi.
- A Bachelor's degree (10+2+3) is required.
