Job Description

We are actively seeking a highly proficient and experienced Java Developer to become a full-time member of our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in the development and ongoing maintenance of high-quality software applications, leveraging your expertise in the Java programming language. Responsibilities

• - Designing, developing, implementing, testing, and debugging software applications using the Java programming language, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• - Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams (including product managers, designers, and other developers) throughout the software development lifecycle, from initial concept and design to final deployment and maintenance. This involves actively participating in requirement gathering, design discussions, and sprint planning meetings.
• - Conducting comprehensive testing and rigorous quality assurance procedures to ensure the reliability, stability, and performance of software applications. This encompasses unit testing, integration testing, and system testing to identify and resolve defects early in the development process.
• - Proactively troubleshooting and resolving software defects and issues, employing debugging tools and techniques to pinpoint and address root causes. This includes providing timely updates and reporting to relevant stakeholders.
• - Participating in code reviews, offering constructive feedback to colleagues and incorporating feedback on your own code to improve overall code quality and maintainability. This promotes a collaborative and learning-oriented team environment.

Education Qualification

Skills

• - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field is preferred. Equivalent practical experience may be considered.
• - Proven experience as a Java Developer, demonstrating a strong command of the Java programming language, its core libraries, and associated frameworks. A solid understanding of Java's ecosystem and its intricacies is essential. Quantifiable examples of past accomplishments are highly desirable.
• - A strong foundation in object-oriented programming (OOP) principles, design patterns, and best practices. Demonstrated ability to apply these principles to create robust, maintainable, and scalable software.
• - Practical experience with popular Java frameworks such as Spring (Boot, MVC, Data, etc.), Hibernate, or similar technologies. Experience with different persistence technologies (e.g., relational databases, NoSQL databases) is advantageous.
• - Familiarity with front-end web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, to facilitate effective collaboration with front-end developers and to understand the full-stack architecture. Understanding of RESTful APIs is a plus.
