Responsibilities
- This 18-month program involves three six-month rotations across Full Stack Development, Data Science/AI-ML, Data Engineering/Data Virtualization, Cloud Engineering, DevOps, Automation (Test/Infrastructure), Agile Project Management, and Product Development. Graduates specialize in 3-4 areas. Post-training, they're assigned to a specialized tech area. Rotations expose graduates to diverse projects, technologies, and roles. Structured training, mentorship, and project-based work develop a solid foundation in energy research and industry best practices. The team develops software, embraces new technologies, and creates enterprise solutions. The role focuses on developing and delivering solutions and core software products, translating change requests into technical designs and implementations, enhancing existing features, adding new capabilities, and improving core product architecture. Team members ensure production delivery, performance, resilience, and customer satisfaction.
Education Qualification
- Recent graduates (2025) with a bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related analytical/technical field.
Skills
- Excellent communication and time management. Willingness to work 24/5 rotating shifts. Strong desire for a software development career and ability to quickly learn new concepts and frameworks. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Collaborative team skills. .NET knowledge/experience. Database concept familiarity. Understanding of OOP, clean code principles, and design patterns. Knowledge of unit testing, pair programming, and code reviews.
