Using CRM software or other tools, keep a record of every conversation you have with customers.
Reach the performance goals that the organization has set for quality measures like handling time, first call resolution rate, etc.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong written and oral English communication abilities combined with Telugu language expertise.
0ā5 years of experience managing domestic and international voice processes in a call center or BPO setting.
