Respond to consumer questions in a prompt and expert manner by answering their calls, emails, and chat requests.
Using efficient communication techniques, give customers precise information about your products and services.
Using CRM software or other tools, keep a record of every conversation you have with customers.
Reach the performance goals that the organization has set for quality measures like handling time, first call resolution rate, etc.

What you will do
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong written and oral English communication abilities combined with Telugu language expertise.
0–5 years of experience managing domestic and international voice processes in a call center or BPO setting.
Conditions
Laptop: Windows 10 Pro or later, 8 GB RAM, i5 or Ryzen 5 Processor
WiFi: 85–100 Mbps
Power Reserve: Maximum of 8 Hours
Excellent Communication Skills in Telgu and English
Graduate Student OR Higher
Moderate : WFH / Hybrid Virtual Training
Pay : 16,000–18,000 CTC per month
Education Requirement
