Job description

Position and obligations

Inbound/Outbound Domestic Process

Procedure for Making Calls
answering calls from customers to resolve their inquiries

What you will do

Working days

Six days a week plus one week off, rotating rather than always falling on a Saturday or Sunday

WFH Requirement (Mandatory)

PC/laptop with microphone and camera
Processor: i3 or higher is needed; AMD is not permitted. and Windows 10 or later (original & activated) with 8GB of RAM or more
Internet: 20 MBPS upload and download speed minimum over Wi-Fi or a dongle (mobile hotspot not allowed)

Education Requirement

Credentials and Abilities

HSC 12th grade minimum accomplished.
Need to be fluent in both Hindi and English.
A minimum of one year’s experience working in a call center or BPO is beneficial.
Age Range: 18 to 35 years old
