What you will do

AMC operations at the client location.
In accordance with contract maintenance and warrant, troubleshoot, resolve, escalate, and document customer incidents in a timely, professional, and efficient manner.
Record every conversation you have with customers.
actively participating in the development of concepts for improved customer service and enhancing the standard of services rendered.
demonstrating a love of learning new things and keeping up with trends and new technologies.
Collaborate with other technical teams to receive input and assistance for daily tasks.

Education Requirement

Experience in the above mentioned requirements are highly preferable

Good to have skills

Electrical, computer, and software engineering bachelor’s degree.
0–1 years of expertise.
Experience with power utilities is preferred.
Experience with SCADA/control systems; familiarity with the OSI Monarch SCADA system is a plus.
familiarity with SCADA protocols such as DNP, MODBUS, IEC101, and IEC104.
familiarity with SQL databases, including Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and SQL Server.
Basic networking experience, including familiarity with Windows OS, Red Hat OS switches, and firewall troubleshooting techniques, is a must.
Outstanding writing and communication abilities, as well as the capacity to call meetings on your own as needed.
strong debugging abilities.
familiarity with computer programming. The very least is an introduction to C programming.
Capacity to multitask in a hectic setting on multiple projects at once.
Capacity and adaptability to visit both local and foreign client locations (less than 10% of annual travel).
