Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students and their parents, providing clear and comprehensive explanations of our diverse course offerings and learning programs to facilitate informed decision-making. This includes actively listening to understand individual needs and matching students with the most appropriate learning pathways.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to accurately align students' career goals, educational requirements, and our available program options. This entails actively engaging in conversations to identify specific student needs and learning styles.
- Proactively follow up on all leads and inquiries through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and other digital communication platforms, with the goal of converting inquiries into successful enrollments. This will include persistent but respectful engagement with prospective students.
- Provide precise and detailed information regarding course content, curriculum structure, program duration, and anticipated career outcomes, ensuring that students and parents possess a complete understanding of the learning experience.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Vedantu's EdTech offerings, industry trends, and evolving student needs to deliver truly personalized guidance and support. This involves ongoing professional development and staying abreast of current educational technologies.
- Collaborate effectively with sales and marketing teams to achieve predetermined enrollment targets and contribute to the overall business growth of the organization. This requires participation in team meetings and a proactive approach to sharing information and insights.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, positive relationships with students, parents, and other relevant stakeholders, ensuring a seamless and supportive onboarding experience for all new students. This includes proactive communication and relationship building.
- Meticulously track and maintain accurate records of all student interactions, inquiries, and enrollments within the company's CRM system, ensuring data integrity and facilitating efficient reporting.
- Provide ongoing post-enrollment support to address any questions, concerns, or challenges faced by students, ensuring their continued success and satisfaction throughout their learning journey.
Education Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, Psychology, or a closely related field.
- Demonstrated experience in academic counseling, sales, or customer support roles, ideally within the EdTech industry. Experience working with diverse student populations is a plus.
Skills
- Exceptional communication, active listening, and strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with students and parents from diverse backgrounds.
- Proven ability to accurately identify individual student needs and develop tailored solutions to address those needs effectively.
- Results-oriented mindset with a documented history of achieving and exceeding performance targets.
- Proficient in using CRM tools, MS Office Suite applications, and various virtual communication platforms.
