Responsibilities

  • As an Employee Services Specialist in Global Business Services (GBS) People & Culture (P&C), you'll be the primary point of contact for WBD employees, alumni, managers, and partners. You'll provide excellent customer service, utilizing HR tools like Workday and ServiceNow to answer inquiries and manage cases efficiently. This includes escalating complex issues, collecting necessary information, and proactively identifying areas for process improvement.

Education Qualification

  • 0-2 years of HR administrative experience in a global service center environment is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent is required. Must maintain confidentiality. Ability to work an 8-hour shift (8:30 AM - 8:30 PM IST, Monday-Friday) with flexibility is needed.

Skills

  • Fluency in English is mandatory. Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is preferred. Strong relationship-building, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills are essential. Ability to handle high-volume tasks in a fast-paced environment is required. Attention to detail and adaptability are key.
