Responsibilities
- * Conduct thorough market research and implement effective lead generation strategies to identify and qualify potential new clients. This includes researching target markets, identifying key decision-makers, and developing effective outreach strategies.
- * Cultivate and maintain robust, long-term relationships with key decision-makers within target accounts, fostering trust and understanding of Weskill.org's value proposition. This requires consistent communication and relationship building.
- * Develop and deliver compelling and persuasive presentations and proposals that clearly articulate the value and benefits of Weskill.org's services to prospective clients. This will include tailoring presentations to specific client needs and effectively communicating the unique selling points of our offerings.
- * Successfully negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring all contractual agreements are thoroughly reviewed, understood and legally sound. This includes managing the negotiation process effectively to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- * Collaborate closely with the existing sales team to design and execute effective sales strategies, sharing best practices and contributing to a collaborative and supportive work environment. This requires effective teamwork and communication.
- * Remain current on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge and inform strategic decision-making. This involves ongoing research and continuous professional development.
- * Actively contribute to the overall growth and continued success of Weskill.org through proactive engagement and a commitment to achieving company objectives. This requires a results-oriented approach and a strong work ethic.
Education Qualification
- * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred, but not strictly required.
- * Minimum of 1 year of experience in business development or a sales-related role is advantageous, but recent graduates are also strongly encouraged to apply.

- * Ability to work effectively both independently and as a collaborative team member, contributing to a positive and supportive team dynamic. This includes the ability to manage your time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is preferred.
- * Prior knowledge of the education and training industry is considered a significant advantage, but not a mandatory requirement.
