Job Description

Wipro is seeking a highly skilled Data Science & Python Gen AI Specialist to architect and implement cutting-edge AI solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Langchain, and Machine Learning techniques. You will be instrumental in developing and deploying innovative AI systems.

Responsibilities

• * Architect and implement AI solutions leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as LLMs, Langchain, and various Machine Learning algorithms.
• * Develop AIML solutions within the Azure cloud environment using Python. This includes building, fine-tuning, and optimizing models for optimal performance.
• * Design and implement novel technological solutions when off-the-shelf technologies are insufficient. Examples include modifying traditional RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) approaches, fine-tuning LLMs, and creating unique AI architectures.
• * Provide expert guidance and advice to leadership and data science teams on best practices and optimal architectures for complex machine learning applications.
• * Lead the technical aspects of projects, overseeing coding, design, and the adherence to best practices and established frameworks within the team.
• * Develop end-to-end AI systems that are aligned with responsible AI principles, ensuring ethical and unbiased outcomes.
• * Develop robust data pipelines using SQL to efficiently extract and transform data from Snowflake for AI model training and inference.
• * Demonstrate expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Generative AI, specializing in integrating text-based data sources into the overall AI architecture.
• * Collaborate closely with data scientists and engineers to ensure seamless integration of AI components into existing systems.
• * Maintain consistent and transparent communication regarding team progress to key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and informed decision-making.
• * Report any requests for payment from employers immediately to Unstop; Unstop does not charge any fees.

Education Qualification

• The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in designing and implementing AI solutions, with a strong proficiency in Python and cloud-based platforms (Azure preferred). A deep understanding of LLMs, Langchain, and various machine learning algorithms is essential. Experience with NLP and Generative AI is required, as is the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Proven leadership skills and a commitment to responsible AI principles are highly valued. Experience with SQL and data pipeline development, specifically with Snowflake, is also necessary.
