The Call Center Representative will be responsible for the following key functions:

The position requires working from the Noida office for six days per week, amounting to approximately 24 working days per month.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identifying and cultivating new business prospects through various channels, including referrals, networking activities, and direct outreach via cold calling strategies.
  • Thoroughly assessing clients’ diverse insurance requirements and recommending appropriate coverage plans, such as life, health, auto, home, and term insurance policies.
  • Developing and presenting customized insurance solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of individual clients or business entities.
  • Establishing and nurturing robust client relationships to ensure ongoing satisfaction and client retention.
  • Achieving or surpassing established sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Providing assistance to clients with the insurance claims process and delivering continuous support throughout their policy lifecycle.
  • Staying abreast of current industry trends, product enhancements, and changes in regulatory frameworks to provide accurate and up-to-date advice to clients.
  • Managing administrative tasks effectively, including generating insurance quotes, processing policy applications, and maintaining accurate client records within CRM systems.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service by promptly and professionally addressing client inquiries and resolving any concerns that may arise.

Qualifications

  • Achieve a Versant score of 3 or higher, demonstrating fluency in both English and Hindi languages.
  • Demonstrated experience as an Insurance Sales Agent or in a comparable sales-oriented role within the financial services or insurance sector.
  • Comprehensive understanding of various insurance products, including auto, home, and life insurance policies.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capacity to work effectively both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Possession of a valid insurance license, in compliance with all applicable local regulations.
