Responsibilities
- Participate in the design and development of robust software applications utilizing C++/AI technologies.
- Contribute to the integration of advanced AI models into computer vision systems.
- Collaborate with senior engineering staff on projects involving 2D/3D image processing, sophisticated object detection, and intricate pattern recognition tasks.
- Perform debugging and optimization of code to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
- Develop and maintain clear, well-documented code while actively contributing to comprehensive project documentation.
- Engage in collaborative code reviews and participate in regular team meetings.
Qualifications
- A minimum of three to five years of professional software development experience, coupled with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field (or equivalent professional experience) and familiarity with the Hydrographic Area.
- Demonstrated experience in developing software at a professional level, adhering to industry best practices.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, contributing to the achievement of ambitious goals and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Strong proficiency in the C++ programming language.
- Fundamental understanding of Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) concepts, with a specific focus on Computer Vision techniques (e.g., OpenCV, TensorFlow, PyTorch, ONNX, PCL, Cuda).
- Familiarity with commonly used image processing libraries and techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, both written and verbal.
