Job Description
As a contributing member of the back-end development team, you will participate in the development and enhancement of cloud-native software solutions for Deloitte Tax & Legal Germany. In this entry-level position, your primary focus will be on constructing efficient and maintainable Python-based back-end components, ensuring adherence to industry best practices.
We are seeking a highly motivated DevOps Engineer with zero to two years of relevant experience to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate should possess a fundamental understanding of Azure cloud services, encompassing Gen AI services, alongside practical experience utilizing DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and artifact management systems. The core responsibilities of this role involve automating deployment processes, effectively managing Kubernetes clusters (AKS), and optimizing containerized applications, all while maintaining unwavering system reliability and security.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines utilizing Jenkins and Azure DevOps.
- Work extensively with various Azure services, including Gen AI services, Storage solutions, Networking components, and App Services.
- Deploy and manage containerized applications within the Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) environment.
- Develop, optimize, and debug Docker files to ensure the efficient deployment of containerized applications.
- Develop, maintain, and deploy applications using Helm Charts for Kubernetes orchestration.
- Manage artifact repositories and streamline package management workflows to enhance efficiency.
- Configure comprehensive monitoring and logging for AKS, leveraging tools such as Azure Monitor and Log Analytics workspace.
- Implement and administer robust networking solutions within AKS, including ingress controllers, service discovery mechanisms, and network policies.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to containerized applications, deployment failures, and underlying infrastructure components.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to drive improvements in automation, scalability, and overall performance.
Qualifications
- 0-2 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer.
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Technology (B.Tech), Bachelor of Engineering (BE), Master of Technology (M.Tech), or Master of Computer Applications (MCA) with a focus on Computer Science.
