Responsibilities
- This apprenticeship program within Volvo Financial Services India focuses on accounts receivable management and asset recovery. Responsibilities include:
- * Contacting customers to negotiate payment of overdue accounts.
- * Maintaining strong customer relationships and tracking market references for each customer.
- * Effective communication with customers, lawyers, collection agencies, and repossession agencies.
- * Tracking asset deployment and utilization.
- * Monitoring account repayment, analyzing delinquency causes, and reporting concerns promptly.
- * Resolving customer disputes efficiently.
- * Implementing asset repossession procedures when necessary.
- * Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of collection data, customer logs, and visit reports.
- * Maintaining accurate and timely updates in the Volvo Financial Services (VFS) system.
- * Adhering strictly to all compliance regulations.
- * Managing relationships with collection agencies and their executives, including follow-up and updates.
- * Handling collections across all account categories and repossession activities.
Education Qualification
- Recent graduates with a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) or Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree are preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required.
Skills
- Successful candidates will demonstrate:
- * A strong desire to learn and pursue a career in the financial services industry.
- * Excellent communication skills.
- * A willingness to travel extensively and build strong field relationships.
- * Experience working within a process-driven organization.
- * Fluency in English and Hindi, and the regional language of Karnataka (Kannada). Additional languages are a plus.
