Job Description
Juspay is conducting its Hiring Challenge 2025 through an online platform. The challenge includes an Online Quiz and a Coding Challenge. The Juspay Hiring Challenge 2025 is structured into a multi-stage evaluation process:
Round 1 – MCQ Assessment: The initial stage comprises an MCQ-based assessment designed to evaluate candidates’ understanding of fundamental concepts. This assessment covers key areas including Systems, Algorithms and Data Structures, Logical Reasoning, Physics, and Mathematics.
Round 2 – Coding Challenge: Candidates who successfully clear the MCQ assessment will advance to the online coding challenge. This stage focuses on evaluating the participants’ core coding proficiencies. Performance in the coding challenge will determine the selection of participants for progression to the subsequent stage of the hiring process.
Round 3 – Final Interviews: The top-performing coders who advance through the prior stages will be invited to participate in the final interview process.
