Job Description

As a Quality Engineer Intern, you will play a critical role in safeguarding the quality of our solutions, thereby ensuring that Syncron’s customers derive maximum value. To succeed in this role, you should possess:

Responsibilities

• Actively contribute to Quality Assurance (QA) initiatives to guarantee comprehensive end-to-end product testing.
• Participate in the creation of automated tests across multiple levels, including Contract Based Testing, Integration, Functional, and Performance testing.
• Collaborate effectively with developers and stakeholders to ensure well-defined user stories and appropriate test coverage.
• Coordinate with various teams to plan and execute testing for product integrations with internal and external systems.
• Define robust test scenarios for complex backend and frontend architectures.
• Investigate emerging testing methodologies and develop Proof of Concepts (POCs) for evaluation within the organization.

Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge of Python and/or Java, including their application in testing scenarios.
• Familiarity with UI automation frameworks such as Selenium and/or Playwright.
• Proficiency in writing basic SQL queries.
• A basic understanding of Continuous Integration (CI) pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline, GitHub).
• Exposure to various database technologies and Amazon Web Services (AWS) is advantageous.
• Ability to leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to develop solutions for accelerating the testing process.
• Knowledge of crafting comprehensive test plans, identifying relevant test cases, and writing effective test cases.
