As an intern within the Trust & Safety team, you will be responsible for managing operational processes. This includes overseeing external vendors involved in content moderation, ensuring the platform’s quality and compliance through process and policy improvements. A strong proficiency in advanced Excel or Google Sheets and data management is essential for this role.

Responsibilities
- Conduct regular performance evaluations across all areas within the designated POD (Point of Delivery).
- Prioritize the safety and quality of content on the platform to ensure an optimal user experience.
- Implement and manage quality assurance procedures both internally and with offshore partners.
- Manage the end-to-end operational activities for the team and assigned vertical.
- Liaise with vendors for calibrations, training initiatives, and updates on quality and policy matters.
Qualifications
- Possess six months to one year of experience in managing quality processes within a large team setting; content moderation experience is highly desirable.
- Fresh graduates will also be considered.
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills in Kannada, Telugu, and Hindi, along with professional proficiency in English.
- Exhibit basic to advanced proficiency in MS Excel (or Google Sheets) and MS Word (or Google Docs).
- Possess foundational analytical skills to support informed decision-making processes.
- Be a self-motivated individual capable of working independently with minimal supervision and demonstrating initiative.
- Demonstrate the ability to comprehend and develop processes from the ground up.
- Exhibit strong attention to detail and accuracy, along with critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Demonstrate the ability to effectively multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.
- Be capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
