The System Engineer I will focus on designing and developing engaging interactive training solutions to support various Technology applications within Tesco. Key responsibilities include:

Responsibilities
- Collaborating closely with Product Managers and Subject Matter Experts to thoroughly understand processes requiring solution development through detailed questioning and process capture.
- Providing expert guidance and recommendations to Product Managers and Subject Matter Experts on effectively leveraging Walk Me’s diverse toolset to construct high-quality processes, championing the adoption of Guide Me solutions.
- Utilizing the Walk Me Editor and a range of Tesco’s existing applications to build comprehensive training solutions.
- Serving as the primary point of contact and advocate for Digital Adoption, providing expertise on the optimal delivery and management of Guide Me solutions.
- Contributing to the development of the Guide Me center of excellence and promoting its use and value among colleagues.
- Sharing insights, learnings, and user engagement data related to Guide Me with the Technology team to drive business-wide improvements.
- Managing Change Requests related to Guide Me through the Change Management process when tickets are submitted.
- Performing ongoing maintenance of all training content, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring content relevance and optimal functionality.
- Delivering all solutions with a strong focus on security, adhering to agile methodologies and demonstrating corresponding behaviors.
- Understanding the security features offered by Walk Me, including data modeling, and configuring user roles appropriately.
- Maintaining current knowledge of Walk Me functionalities and staying abreast of new technologies in the digital adoption space.
- Operating effectively within established procedures, resolving issues using personal expertise, existing documentation, and collaborative knowledge sharing.
- Providing 24/7 on-call support for application availability on a rotational basis.
- Leverage experience in basic web development using CSS, HTML, and jQuery.
- Demonstrate the ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment, effectively managing multiple tasks and prioritizing competing priorities.
