Responsibilities
- Conduct targeted searches for senior executives on LinkedIn Sales Navigator (LSN). Company lists will be provided to facilitate this process.
- Accurately extract and input the following data points into Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel:
* First Name
* Last Name
* Professional Designation
* LinkedIn Profile URL (access to necessary tools will be provided)
* Email Address (obtained through contact-finding tools such as Lusha and EasyLeadz)
* Mobile Number (sourced from contact-finding tools like Lusha and EasyLeadz)
* Other specified details, as required. - Achieve a daily target of collating information for 250 contacts.
- Thoroughly investigate data for inconsistencies and errors, rectify incomplete records, and resolve data-related issues within existing records.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all collected and processed information.
- Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to clarify requirements and gather necessary information.
- Complete assigned tasks within the designated timelines.
- Generate and submit daily progress reports to stakeholders and the designated manager.
- Implement regular data backup procedures to ensure data integrity and prevent data loss.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in data entry, demonstrating proficiency as a Data Entry Professional.
- Essential experience with Google Sheets/MS Excel and a fundamental understanding of LinkedIn navigation.
- Proficiency in the following Google Sheets/MS Excel functionalities:
* Duplicate Removal
* Conditional Formatting
* Pivot Tables
* Basic Formulas (e.g., lookup, count, sum)
* Data Validation techniques
* Data Forms (including adding, editing, finding/replacing, and deleting rows/columns) - Demonstrated fast and accurate typing and data entry skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain focus and effectively manage assigned tasks.
