Tata Motors is offering an exciting opportunity for recent graduates to join as Graduate Apprentice Trainees. Candidates specializing in Mechanical, Automobile, Electrical, Electronics and Communication, Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), Civil Engineering, or Electronics Engineering are encouraged to apply.
As a Graduate Apprentice Trainee, you will collaborate closely with seasoned professionals, gaining practical experience in manufacturing processes, product development, and exposure to state-of-the-art technologies. You will also contribute to the advancement of innovative automotive solutions.
Successful candidates will be assigned to various functions, roles, or Business Units (BUs) within the organization. This program provides hands-on experience, designed to enhance employability.
The role includes gaining comprehensive knowledge and developing practical skills in automobile operations, encompassing Production, Maintenance, Supply Chain Management, Quality Control, Manufacturing Planning, and the development of automotive components and aggregates.
This opportunity aims to reinforce academic technical knowledge through exposure to real-world industrial applications. You will enhance your knowledge, skills, and professional attitude by developing a thorough understanding of Manufacturing Planning Processes, Production supervision, Maintenance activities, Part procurement procedures, and Quality management systems.
Further, the program will develop your understanding and implementation skills in Problem Solving methodologies.
The position offers exposure to cross-functional team collaboration.

Qualifications
- Graduating Batches: 2024 & 2025 (Fresh Graduates only)
- Academic Performance: A minimum of 60% in 10th grade, 12th grade, and Engineering.
- Academic Standing: No current backlogs or ATKT (Allowed To Keep Terms).
- Educational Gap: A maximum of 2 years of gap in education is permissible.
- Apprenticeship Contract: Candidates must not have previously signed an Apprenticeship Contract with any other organization under the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS).
- Candidates specializing in Mechanical, Automobile, Electrical, Electronics and Communication, Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), Civil Engineering, or Electronics Engineering are encouraged to apply.
