Job Description

This team emphasizes excellence in forecasting, client engagement, and cross-functional collaboration, working with senior leadership to develop and implement segment strategies that align with organizational objectives. Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of client requirements by collaborating with Virtual Sales Account Managers (VSAMs).
- Learn how to design tailored solutions to meet specific customer needs.
- Support the creation of detailed solution presentations and Bills of Quantity (BOQ).
- Ensure all deliverables are reviewed and validated by the customer’s Systems Engineer (SE).
- Facilitate the appropriate handover of validated deliverables to VSAMs.
- Assist the sales team in achieving and exceeding regional sales targets.
- Contribute to the development and execution of focused sales strategies aimed at promoting renewals and new business expansion.
Qualifications
- Must have completed a 3-year Bachelor’s Degree (BBA, B.Sc., or BCA).
- Must have graduated in 2025 and obtained a degree certificate or Provisional Degree Certificate.
- Must be available for a 12-month period starting January 2025.
- Must possess good communication skills.
- Must demonstrate a strong desire to learn and engage proactively within a team.
- Must be enrolled as a ‘student’ on https://nats.education.gov.in/ and possess a valid student enrollment number issued by NATS.
- Bachelor’s degree (3 Years- BBA, B.Sc., and BCA) with no active backlogs.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel and PowerPoint).
- Good communication skills, passion, and a desire to learn.
- Possess a ‘Can do’ attitude.
- Demonstrate proactive engagement, solutions-seeking behavior, and be a team player.
- Must have graduated in 2025 and obtained a degree certificate or Provisional Degree Certificate.
