Job Description
The GO-AI Associate position is an operational role focused on enabling automation within Amazon Robotics fulfillment centers. This role involves performing real-time and offline data auditing, primarily through the review and annotation of videos and images related to stowing actions. The primary objective is to ensure high accuracy in inventory management and maintain the quality of stow operations. Associates will utilize provided tools and their judgment to identify and mark product locations within fulfillment center videos, contributing directly to defect reduction and the overall effectiveness of automated processes. This role is offered on a contract basis for a duration of 6 months.

Responsibilities
- Watch and thoroughly understand videos of stowing actions at fulfillment centers.
- Utilize human judgment in conjunction with provided tools and resources to annotate activities captured in videos.
- Verify or mark the location of products through a designated tool with a high degree of accuracy.
- Perform precise and thorough video/image audits to aid in defect reduction.
- Provide responses by adhering to set goals for accuracy (quality), speed (productivity), and acceptable practices.
- Take scheduled breaks during shifts.
- Dedicate 6.8 to 7 hours per day to answering video-based tasks.
- Maintain a dedicated workspace with appropriate furniture and lighting if working remotely.
- Ensure work-related data is accessed only by the employee when working from home.
- Work in rotational shifts, which may include night shifts.
- Collaborate effectively with remote teams as a team player.
- Be available to come into the office for a few days as required, if working from home.
- Switch on the laptop camera during virtual meetings.
- Contribute to the team’s goal of enabling hands-free active stowing through visual audits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Willingness to work in a non-tech role for a contract duration of 6 months.
