Job Description

This role involves acting as a dedicated relationship manager for NoBroker’s premium customers. The primary focus is on building strong, trusting relationships through proactive and engaging communication. Responsibilities include understanding customer needs, assisting them in finding suitable tenants or houses, managing both outbound and inbound customer calls and leads, utilizing internal systems for optimal service delivery, and negotiating on behalf of clients. The role also requires keeping customers informed about their account status, adhering to established communication protocols, and consistently striving to exceed customer service expectations. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure employees are well-equipped to handle all aspects of the customer service process.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a relationship manager for NoBroker’s paid customers.
  • Develop and maintain sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Identify and accurately assess customer needs and requirements.
  • Assist customers in finding suitable tenants or houses that meet their specific criteria.
  • Handle both outbound calls to leads and inbound calls from customers.
  • Utilize internal tools and established methods to deliver the highest quality service to customers.
  • Negotiate with leads on behalf of the customer to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Provide regular updates to customers regarding the progress of their accounts.
  • Adhere to all communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies.
  • Go above and beyond to provide an exceptional customer service experience.

Qualifications

  • Eligibility for freshers and experienced professionals with 0-3 years of experience.
  • Education: Any 10th, 12th, Diploma, Graduate, or Postgraduate.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
