Vedantu Innovations is seeking a motivated Presales Executive to join their team. Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective students and parents based on provided leads.
- Manage inbound inquiries and respond to customer questions in a professional and timely manner.
- Clearly articulate the company’s courses, their features, pricing structures, and benefits to potential clients.
- Assess customer requirements to recommend the most suitable educational programs.
- Generate interest in Vedantu’s offerings and effectively schedule follow-up discussions or appointments.
- Maintain precise records of all calls and regularly update customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Conduct follow-up with leads who have expressed interest but have not yet completed enrollment.
- Cultivate positive relationships with customers to enhance the likelihood of conversion.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calling volume and successful conversions.
- Collaborate with the sales and counseling teams to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads.
- Uphold data confidentiality and adhere to the company’s established calling protocols.
- Skillfully address customer objections and provide accurate information.
- Ensure every customer interaction contributes to a positive overall experience.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills in English (mandatory).
- Proficiency in at least one regional language: Marathi, Telugu, or Tamil is preferred.
- Basic computer literacy, including experience with MS Excel, CRM entry, and Google Sheets.
- Demonstrated ability to handle rejection and maintain a high level of motivation.
- Availability for immediate joining is preferred.
- Willingness to work from the Bangalore office six days a week.
