Job Description

AmberStudent is seeking an Operations Associate to join its remote, full-time team. This role involves actively engaging with students to facilitate accommodation bookings. The associate will act as a crucial link between property management entities and students, ensuring a seamless sales cycle through exceptional rapport building and effective communication. The position demands a focus on maintaining high conversion rates, managing all aspects of booking completion, and consistently communicating with leads via various integrated CRM tools, including WhatsApp and email. Responsibilities

  • Perform outbound sales activities to book accommodation for students or other designated user groups for short-term or long-term stays.
  • Serve as an intermediary and aggregator between property management companies and students.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with the assigned demographic to ensure a smooth and successful sales cycle.
  • Maintain a consistently high conversion rate for bookings.
  • Execute all necessary tasks to finalize bookings efficiently.
  • Maintain regular communication with assigned leads via WhatsApp, email, and other integrated CRM tools.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and contribute to a high-performing team to achieve consistent quarterly and annual growth.

Qualifications
