Job Description
Balmer Lawrie is seeking applications from dynamic and talented Diploma Engineers for the position of Supervisory Trainee across various units located throughout India. The specific disciplines are detailed in Table 1. The training will involve practical, hands-on experience at the respective factory locations, and trainees will be required to work in shifts.

Qualifications
- A full-time, regular Diploma in Engineering in the relevant disciplines outlined in Table 1, with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates) or equivalent CGPA. Qualifications obtained through Open & Distance Learning (ODL) will not be considered.
- Candidates currently in their final semester of Diploma Engineering in the specified disciplines are also eligible to apply, provided they secure the minimum cumulative percentage of marks (60% or 50% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates) by the end of their course and submit their final mark sheet to join within six months from the application deadline. However, their application/engagement will remain provisional until the final results are declared.
- Rounding off of marks to the next higher digit for calculating the percentage of marks in Diploma Engineering will not be permitted (e.g., 59.99% will not be considered as 60% for UR category).
- Where CGPA/OGPA/CPI or letter grades are awarded, the equivalent percentage of marks should be indicated in the application as per the norms adopted by the University/Institute. Otherwise, the candidate must obtain a certificate from the University/Institute to this effect, which will be required during the Selection Process.
