Initially a pioneer in the manufacturing of Anti-Tank Guided Missiles (ATGMs), Bharat Dynamics Limited has since broadened its scope to become a multi-faceted organization, producing later generations of ATGMs, strategic weaponry, launching systems, underwater armaments, decoys, and specialized testing equipment. BDL’s primary clientele comprises all branches of the Indian Armed Forces.
Job Description
Applications are being accepted from eligible Indian citizens for contractual positions as Trainee Engineers, Trainee Officers, Trainee Diploma Assistants and Trainee Assistants. Successful candidates may be assigned to any of the company’s units or offices, encompassing the Corporate Office in Hyderabad, the Kanchanbagh Unit in Hyderabad, the Bhanur Unit in Sangareddy District, Telangana, the Visakhapatnam Unit in Andhra Pradesh, the Ibrahimpatnam Unit in Ranga Reddy District, Telangana, the Liaison Office in New Delhi, or at new project locations throughout India, contingent upon the company’s operational needs.

- Trainee Engineer (Electronics / Mechanical / Electrical / Computer Science): B.E. / B. Tech in Engineering or equivalent in the relevant discipline/branch (Electronics / Mechanical / Electrical / Computer Science).
- Trainee Officer (Finance): Cost Management Accountancy (CMA) OR Chartered Accountancy (CA) OR MBA or equivalent / Post Graduate Diploma / Post Graduate Degree in Finance (2 years duration) from a University / Institution recognized by the Government.
- Trainee Officer (Human Resource): MBA or equivalent / Post Graduate Diploma / Post Graduate Degree in HR / PM&IR / Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / Social Science / Social Welfare / Social Work (2 years duration) from a University / Institution recognized by the Government.
- Trainee Officer (Business Development): MBA or equivalent / Post Graduate Diploma / Post Graduate Degree with specialization in Marketing / Sales & Marketing awarded by Universities / Institutions recognized by the Government.
- Trainee Diploma Assistant (Electronics): 3 years Diploma or equivalent course in relevant discipline recognized by State/ Central government (Relevant Disciplines– Electronics & Communications, Electronics & Instrumentation, Automation & Robotics)
