Job Description
BrightCHAMPS is seeking enthusiastic and qualified Mathematics Teachers to conduct personalized one-on-one online sessions for students aged 6 to 16. The role involves engaging students from the UK, Middle East, and India, focusing on improving their mathematical fundamentals, calculation speed, and logical thinking abilities. Teachers will deliver engaging online classes, track student progress, and contribute to a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality 1:1 online Mathematics sessions to global students (ages 6–16)
- Conduct classes aligned to curriculum, assessments, and certification standards
- Drive exceptional learning outcomes by improving speed, accuracy, and logic
- Conduct periodic PTMs (Parent-Teacher Meetings) with an NPS target of 9+
- Contribute to curriculum enhancement and internal training programs
- Maintain timely communication, professionalism, and student engagement
- Track student progress and recommend learning pathways
Qualifications
- Strong foundational knowledge of Mathematics
- Passion for teaching Mathematics and fostering student growth
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Confidence and digital fluency
- Student-centric approach
- Prior experience in teaching Mathematics (online or offline)
- High-speed internet connection (minimum 30 Mbps)
- Working laptop/PC with webcam and microphone
