  • At Canonical, customer success is a brand-new, strategically-focused division whose goals are to lower risk and attrition, speed up the acceptance of new goods and services, and assist account growth. Building trust with assigned clients and giving them the best possible experience exploring Canonical’s extensive offering are the responsibilities of Customer Success Managers (CSMs). The CSM may mobilize a wide range of internal and external resources to relieve any pain point, set expectations, and assist in creating and implementing a suitable collaboration roadmap by having a thorough grasp of their customer’s objectives.

    To continue providing careful, astute, and accurate interactions throughout our product line—which includes open source infrastructure and applications in addition to Ubuntu—we are expanding our Customer Success team.

● Use outbound calls to initiate proactive engagement with prospective clients.
● In the CSM organization, this position is the initial stage. While your primary focus will be on the Tech segment, which includes the customers of the store, you will also be assigned a portfolio. Every month, thousands of new people choose Ubuntu. It is our duty to make sure they have the greatest possible user experience by resolving issues, assisting with onboarding, enabling, and realizing value till success. By working together with other groups and taking part in campaigns, you will make connections with a wide range of Canonical product users and find our future champions.

    ● A laptop with working audio and video plugins is necessary.
