Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with sales teams, providing essential technical expertise to ensure clients fully understand and appreciate the value proposition of our innovative Kubernetes cost optimization platform.
- Deliver engaging and informative product demonstrations, effectively communicating complex technical concepts to a diverse range of audiences, from technical experts to business stakeholders. Tailor presentations to meet specific client needs, ensuring clarity and impact.
- Develop and deliver customized presentations that resonate with each client’s unique circumstances and priorities. These presentations will highlight the benefits of CAST AI and its ability to address specific business challenges.
- Proactively assess client technical requirements, propose tailored solutions, and collaborate effectively with internal technical teams to ensure seamless customization and implementation.
- Maintain a keen awareness of industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs to ensure our solutions remain competitive and relevant in the dynamic cloud computing landscape.
- Represent CAST AI at industry conferences and trade shows, actively engaging with potential clients, generating leads, and gathering valuable market intelligence to inform product development and sales strategies. This includes building relationships with key decision-makers and industry influencers.
Education Qualification
- Demonstrated success as a Sales Engineer in the cloud computing, AI, or related technology sectors. A strong track record of exceeding sales targets and building long-term client relationships is essential.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical audiences. The ability to tailor communication style to different audiences is crucial.
- Comprehensive understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure), Kubernetes orchestration, and AI/ML concepts. Hands-on experience with these technologies is highly valued.
- Proven ability to cultivate strong client relationships, build trust, and consistently surpass sales objectives. Experience working with enterprise-level clients is a plus.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including negotiation, conflict resolution, and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required to meet client needs and participate in industry events.
- Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python, Bash, Powershell, or similar) is required. Experience with other relevant technologies will be a significant advantage.
