Job description
**Job Purpose:** Provide IT support, automation, and data analytics solutions for procurement, assisting supervisors, managers, and analysts across all supported processes.
**Job Duties:**
– Deliver IT support and automation solutions for PSC, serving both internal and external customers.
– Understand and apply knowledge of purchasing processes and practices.
– Identify opportunities for automation within current processes.
– Document IT solutions and resolve issues with existing tools.
– Develop metrics and dashboards for various purchasing groups.
– Collaborate directly with customers on data analysis.
– Work independently and analyze processes in terms of data flow.

Requires prior experience and knowledge in IT support for purchasing groups. Must possess strong data and process analytics skills. Proficient in programming with one or more of the following technologies: C#, VBA, Python, Power Automate, ASP.NET, and SQL databases. Capable of working independently.
